We understand putting a new wood floor into your home is an investment and It’s important to understand, you will find a cheaper wood floor elsewhere. What you are much less likely to find is one that’s better-made, longer-lasting or built from higher-quality materials.

Our wood flooring isn’t simply a pre made, mass manufactured product, on a shelf ready to go. Every Danetree wood floor produced, wether it’s engineered or solid, is unique and carefully handcrafted to order, using the highest quality sustainable Oak responsibly sourced from European forests. Every detail carefully considered from the format to the tone, made for your space, not everyone else’s. 

From our initial conversations right through to a beautifully installed wooden floor you will get a dedicated project manager that will be there every step of the way to ensure your journey is as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Have your own installer? All our floors are also available supply only with a minimum order starting at just 1m2. We offer our own white glove delivery service with delivery into your home, not kerbside.

GUIDELINE ENGINEERED WOOD PLANK FLOORING PRICING

We offer three popular widths; Narrow 140mm, Wide 180mm and Extra Wide 220mm in two depths, 16mm and 18mm as standard, with other widths available on request. 

As a guide our 16mm plank flooring starts at £94m2 inc VAT supply only with a minimum order of just 1m2. As an example a standard-sized ~20m2 Lounge would typically cost around £3,300 inc VAT for the supply and installation with a basic subfloor preparation included.   


GUIDELINE ENGINEERED WOOD HERRINGBONE FLOORING PRICING

Our 15mm engineered herringbone format is available in three sizes; 90mm x 450mm, 120mm x 600mm and 140mm x 700mm as standard.  

As a guide our 90mm x 450mm herringbone flooring starts at £110m2 inc VAT supply only with a minimum order of just 1m2. As an example a standard-sized Lounge around 20m2 would typically cost around £4,000 inc VAT for the supply and installation with a basic subfloor preparation included.


GUIDELINE SOLID WOOD PARQUET BLOCKS PRICING

Our solid wood parquet blocks are available in both 10mm or 20mm in two formats; 10mm x 60mm x 300mm and 20mm x 70mm x 230mm as standard.

As a guide our 10mm x 60mm x 300mm solid wood parquet blocks starts at £72m2 inc VAT supply only. As an example a standard-sized Lounge fitted in herringbone around 20m2 would typically cost around £3,300 inc VAT for the supply and installation with a basic subfloor preparation included.


Costs will obviously vary depending on the scope and scale of the project. Many different factors all play a part in the price such as, the cleaner grade wood you use, subfloor requirements and each extra process like fuming and different surface textures all adds to the overall cost but if you send us a plan and some details of your project we can easily give you a ball-park estimate for your project.
